Often placement hosts see work placements as an opportunity to pass on their knowledge and skills and to give something back to the community.
Whether your company is large or small, a placement can provide a valuable learning opportunity for a student.
Our highest priority is to match up the right placement host with the right student, so that it is a mutually rewarding experience.
All placements start with an interview to give the placement host and student the opportunity to meet and discuss expectations.
The placement host is fully supported throughout the placement process. We manage all the paperwork including the health and safety forms. You will have a Placement Manager, whom you can contact at any time for advice or support.
Whilst undertaking work experience, the student gets the opportunity to work with you for one or two days a week over an agreed number of weeks whilst continuing their studies.
